Shipments and returns;
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via NZ Couriers or NZ Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer so please contact us before choosing what method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping includes handling and packing fees
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your order with suitable wrapping and packaging.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If possible check your parcel for any damage or breakage before accepting from the courier.
We run with NZ POST and ARAMEX Couriers.
Our heavier items are delivered by Glass Delivery Freight freight to North and South island destinations.
Freight delivery times.
North Island 2-4 business days.
South Island 2-5 Business days.
Or you can arrange your own couriers if you wish.
Freight costs to the North and South Island are increasing rapidly so we will indicate as close as possible the estimated freight cost to you going by weight and size
Please ask ,txt, or email about South Island freight before you purchase your bulk item or items, and we will get you the costing the same day or definitely by the next business day.
Freight charge will only be charged at a cost only basis to you.
Packaging and Handling charges are extra.
Parts can be returned if incorrectly supplied, or faulty from Swiftcarparts to the purchaser.
Swiftcarparts is not responsible for any loss, damage or delays during transit of parts.
