Refunds and Warranties.

All parts sold through Swiftcarparts come with a 7 day money back or replacement guarantee if faulty of incorrectly supplied by us.except electronics

We do not give a refund if you change your mind about a already purchased  item

If it is later than seven days from date of purchase a 7% handling and re storage fee is applied and deducted from the full purchase price.less freight costing.

• The Consumers Guarantee Act 2003 covers all transactions with Swiftcarparts.
• Make sure your purchase is correct and what you need, if you are not sure contact us we can certainly try and help in any way possible.
• We at Swiftcarparts take particular attention to packaging your parcel before sending out.
• If damaged in transit contact us immediately  so we can action it
• If you could inspect your parcel before accepting from the courier for any damage or breakage.
• All confirmed parts ordered are final upon full and final payment before shipping.
• The 7 day warranty period or return policy starts  from the delivery date or collection, and items must be received back within the 7 day period. All returns must come back in unused, resaleable condition and in original packaging
• All returning shipping costs are non-refundable.
